This policy explains how EX10 ("we") handles personal data collected through the NgageCode website at https://www.ngagecode.ai. NgageCode is an EX10 product, part of the Ngage Suite.

We collect the information you choose to send us — for example your name, email and message when you contact us or request a demo. If analytics are enabled, we collect aggregated, privacy-respecting usage data (such as pages viewed) to improve the Site. We do not sell your data.

To respond to your enquiry, arrange demos and early access, and improve the Site. We use it only for the purposes for which you provided it, or as needed to run and secure the Site.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, under appropriate confidentiality, or where required by law. NgageCode product deployments are designed so your IFS data stays in your environment; this website policy covers the marketing site only.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data you have given us. Email hello@ngagesuite.com and we will respond.

We apply reasonable measures to protect personal data and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
